It's a difficult decision whether to restore pieces or not, but when the recent Wooley & Wallis auction sold a good Green (Yellow?) Japan twin handled Isis for nearly £2500 after commission it made us look again at the battered one we bought over 10 years ago! If you're interested in the slightly less than perfect variety (or indeed if you bought the WW one and would like a pair!) drop us a note, otherwise we're going in search of a local restorer over the next few weeks.
