Celtic Leaf & Berry Jug
Moulded green jug (approx 19cm tall) in Celtic Leaf & Berry. Marked to underside Clarice Cliff, Newport Pottery, England, with impressed 41A mark.
Good condition (no chips or restoration) with some minor crazing to the glaze in places (see pic to base showing feint star to outside only).
See p154 of Comprehensively Clarice Cliff for similar example produced in 1938.
