Pretty triangular shaped sugar bowl measuring approx 7cm tall x 7cm wide x 5cm deep hand painted by Clarice Cliff in the Aurea pattern.
Marked to underside Wilkinson Ltd England with a registered mark
Good condition for age.
Aurea was a pattern in the Bizarre range produced between 1934-37. The etched "Rhodanthe" design was painted in alternate colourways - green & blue. Viscaria similarly was produced 1934-36 with tall etched flowers in pink, on sinuous green stems painted freehand. See also Rhodanthe
